PREM Management supports International Women’s Day projects across UHNM Charity and Stoke City
PREM Management supported two local projects to mark International Women’s Day, working alongside UHNM Charity and Stoke City Football Club.
The work focused on highlighting the experiences of women across both healthcare and sport, using video and storytelling to share real voices from across the community.
At UHNM Charity, a poem was created to reflect the contribution of women working across University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. The piece brought together the experiences of staff in a wide range of roles, including nurses, doctors, healthcare assistants, administrative teams and support staff working behind the scenes.
PREM supported the production of the accompanying video, capturing footage across hospital sites to reflect day to day life within departments at Royal Stoke University Hospital and County Hospital Stafford. The final piece focused on honest, unscripted moments to match the tone of the poem and represent the breadth of roles across the Trust.
Alongside this, PREM also provided video support and editing for a special International Women’s Day podcast produced by Stoke City Football Club. The episode featured women involved in the club and wider football environment, sharing their experiences and perspectives on working within the game.
PREM led on the visual production of the podcast, filming the episode and delivering the final edit for publication across the club’s channels.
Both projects formed part of wider International Women’s Day activity across the area, with a shared focus on recognising the contribution of women in different sectors and creating content that reflects real experiences.
By supporting both projects, PREM helped deliver two distinct pieces of content with a common aim, to give visibility to the people behind the roles and highlight the impact of women across local organisations.
